¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. / 90 ml unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup / 60 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt)
1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
1 ½ cups / 250 g strawberries (or other fruit for dipping)


Combine almond milk, yogurt, and Shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well.

Serve immediately with strawberries for dipping; consume within 30 minutes.
