All you need is oat flour, Shakeology, spices, almond milk, and pure maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
Pro tip: You can make your own oat flour by adding rolled oats to a blender until a fine flour texture is reached.
Eggnog Protein Balls
With these Shakeology Eggnog Protein Balls, you can enjoy a bite of the holidays year-round!
2 scoops Vanilla Whey (or Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
¾ tsp. ground cinnamon, divided use
1 dash ground cloves
1 dash ground ginger
1 dash ground nutmeg
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 ½ tsp. pure maple syrup
Combine oat flour, Shakeology, ¼ tsp. cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg in a medium bowl; mix well.
Slowly pour in almond milk and maple syrup, until a soft cookie dough texture is reached.
Form into 6 even balls, each about 1½-inches in diameter; dust with remaining ½ tsp. cinnamon.
Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 2 weeks.
