1 cup Orange Juice, freshly squeezed1 tbsp Honey1/2 cup Coconut Milk

In a blender, combine pulp of oranges, orange juice, and honey and process for 20 seconds.

Next, add coconut milk to the concoction and process for 60 seconds. It’s done when the mixture is thick but not stiff. Process for another 60 seconds if it’s still pretty runny.

Spoon this smooth mixture into molds and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours or overnight.

Remove from the freezer and let aside for 2-5 minutes before removing from the mold.
